There are no refunds for any services provided. All clients are required to sign a contract outlining the terms and conditions before services are rendered, ensuring full understanding and agreement of the terms.
• Makeup Services:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be processed three business days before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than three business days prior to the appointment will forfeit the full payment.
• Coaching and Consulting Services:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. The full financial commitment is agreed upon and non-refundable as per the signed agreement.
• Makeup Services:
Services are provided in person at the agreed location.
• Coaching and Consulting Services:
Services are delivered virtually or in person, as outlined in the client agreement.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, adhering to PCI compliance standards to ensure your financial data is safe.
